Customers based in Switzerland purchase from our Swiss subsidiary, VISCO JET® Schweiz GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 1, CH-5322 Koblenz.
Delivery is made EXW Bahnhofstrasse 1, CH-5322 Koblenz, Incoterms® 2020.
Delivery is made EXW Mittlere Greut 2, D-79790 Küssaberg, or Bahnhofstrasse 1, CH-5322 Koblenz, Incoterms® 2020. Risk passes to the customer as soon as the goods are made available at this location – even if we exceptionally assume additional services such as shipping or shipping costs. Partial deliveries are permitted to a reasonable extent.
If the goods show visible signs of transport damage upon delivery, please note this with the delivering carrier or freight forwarder and inform us immediately, but no later than within 3 days, so that we can initiate further processing with the transport company.
The provisions of our General Terms and Conditions apply in addition.
