Orders from Germany and Austria are invoiced with a payment term of 14 days net from the invoice date.
Customers based in Switzerland purchase from our Swiss subsidiary, VISCO JET® Schweiz GmbH, and are invoiced accordingly. A payment term of 30 days net from the invoice date also applies here.
For orders from all other countries, payment is made in advance. The invoice amount is due in full (100%) within 10 days of receipt of the first order confirmation or advance payment invoice. Processing and shipment of the order will take place once payment has been received in full.
